Dear gromacs users, i would like to compile 3-3 gromacs revision (cvs -z3 -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/gmx/cvs co -r release-3-3-patches gmx). Configure script ended with no apperantly problems but make ended with this error:
gmx_disre.c: In function 'gmx_disre': gmx_disre.c:601: error: too few arguments to function 'calc_nsb' make[3]: *** [gmx_disre.lo] Error 1 make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/tomas/gmx/src/tools' make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/tomas/gmx/src' make[1]: *** [all] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/tomas/gmx/src' make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 i have tried both ./configure and ./configure -disable-shared i work on a debian Etch machine with the following autotools versions: autoconf 2.61 automake 1.9.6 make 3.81 Any suggestions will be very appreciated Beforehand thanks you.
