Dear All, I would like to perform some MD of disaccharides in water using GROMACS and the new ff for sugars GROMOS45ACARBO from Hansen and unenberger(JCC, 32, 6, 2011). Does somebody have these parameters in the GROMACS format (e.g. the *.itp files) and want to share them with me.
