[gmx-users] xpm2ps

Dear All,

I created xpm file with do_dssp tool.
after that I converted xpm file to eps with xpm2ps

xpm2ps -f ss.apo.namd.xpm -o ss.apo.namd.eps

but quality of eps file is very low. very low resolution.

Any suggestions?
