Dear All,

I created xpm file with do_dssp tool.
after that I converted xpm file to eps with xpm2ps

xpm2ps -f ss.apo.namd.xpm -o ss.apo.namd.eps

but quality of eps file is very low. very low resolution.

Any suggestions?

Import into Gimp and scale to 300 DPI with strong antialiasing for font and graphics. I've made nice figures that way.
