I am maintaining the Gentoo Ebuild for gnash and I am getting bugs about such changes of behaviour. In case you are interested: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=151619 net-www/gnash-0.7.1_p20099999: several configure failures For Gentoo it would be best if we had the option to do: --(en|dis)able-gtk --(en|dis)able-kde --(en|dis)able-fbcon or alternatively --with-/--without- I could also set up special scripts to allow multiple ./configure; make calls in a row but I hope you can make building both possible again.
