Let me suggest something different to you: a Mozilla plug-in which plays videos encoded in Ogg/Theora for video and Ogg/Vorbis for audio, and which uses BitTorrent with threads to download. Then create some content which everybody REALLY REALLY wants to see. Something involving naked women, cute kittens, sunny beaches, or naked women cuddling with cute kittens on sunny beaches (hot pussy on pussy action). Once you've got enough people with these clients, then you'll start to get attention from people who want to publish videos without paying codec licensing fees or high streaming bandwidth costs. But I'm not sure that Gnash needs to be this platform. -- --my blog is at http://blog.russnelson.com | Software that needs Crynwr sells support for free software | PGPok | documentation is software 521 Pleasant Valley Rd. | +1 315-323-1241 | that needs repair.
