Hi,
I'm trying to compile Gnash on a SUSE system, where the xft library is
included in an xorg-x11-libs package (/usr/X11R6/lib/libXft.so.X) and
the headers in xorg-x11-devel (/usr/X11R6/bin/xft-config,
/usr/X11R6/include/X11/Xft/).
But configure doesn't find the libraries:
ERROR: No Xft development package installed! You need to have the xft
development package installed to compile this project or install
libxft-dev (using apt-get) or xft-devel (using yum).
Specifying the include path with
--with-extra-includes=/usr/X11R6/include/X11/Xft doesn't help either.
Does anybody have an idea what the problem might be, or how to compile
gnash on a suse system?
