Hi Peter,

Thanks for the tip. What is a 'mobo' and do you have any more details about
this card? I looked up "Retail Plus" on the staples website but I found
nothing. All I found is
this<http://www.staples.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StaplesSearch?storeId=10001&catalogId=10051&langId=-1&categoryId=27482&cmArea=SEARCH&searchClassId=27482&keyword=wireless-g+enhanced+cards+%2526+adapters+%2528notebooks%2529&actualKeyword=wireless&searchSkuCount=4&compChartFlag=true&searchUnsumUrl=searchresults&searchSumUrl=searchresultssummary&errorUrl=searchnoresults&fromUrl=searchresultssummary&cmArea=SEARCH>

You said you wanted "a gNewSense
compatible wifi card." To me, that implies a card that works with free drivers included or compatible with gNewSense. But Peter just suggested using proprietary drivers through ndiswrapper. If you're willing to use proprietary drivers, almost any card should work with GNU/Linux.
