Hello
I looked at the LBS Survey form and wish to say
that the format is great.
Second, what will you do when you collect a lot of information
about Microsoft product usage, in the last section?
Will this info be of value to you in some way?
Will this info allow you to categorize current (MS) product usage?
Why not gather info on "any Linux application usage" also (or instead)?
This information would be more valuable to you in trying to understand
the population that visits your LBS (or fills out the survey form).
I.E., drop the reference to Microsoft but make it more generic to
Spread Sheets, Word Processing, Accting for Small Business (SOHO),
Presentation Tools (in lieu of Microsoft PowerPoint)...
In the section "Which of the following", why not try to
change the flavor of this section to indicate
Would you like to view a Linux app to do: or
Would you like a Linux Application to accomplish ...
or something similar.
Do you really care about how many potential Linux Users
that check Windows 95/98 ?
talk to me ???
