This looks pretty promising. There are 2 things I can see this needing for it
to be a huge hit:
1. Support for syncing with the Palm Pilot and/or other PDAs
2. Support for the CardScan business card scanner.
It really shouldn't be too hard to get it to sync with a Pilot, the CardScan
will probably be a little more difficult, since it involves driver level stuff.

It appears they really haven't gotten off the ground yet.
