Sorry to hear of the cold. The spring ones are always the worst.
More to the point, I have all the forms necessary to form a voluntary
association under NH law as well as all the forms for applying for a
tax exempt status with the IRS. It is one of the things I do. I doubt
it would be that beneficial from several points to "ride" on the tax
exempt status of SwaNH although it can be done if the rules are
followed.
I am looking forward to the LBS, the e-mail traffic sounds very good
indeed.
