The Undersigned, being persons of lawful Age, Associate under the
provisions of the New Hampshire Revised Satutes Annotated, Chapter 292 by
th efollowing:
Article 1. The name of the corporation shall be:

Article 2. The object for which this corporation is established is:
(us)The promotion of the use, development and education in the use of the
Linux operating system and associatd software, especially open source
software.
Article 3. The provisions for establishing membership and participation in
the corporation are:
(us)Membership will be open to any individual who shares an interest in the
development, use and/or education in the use of the Linux operating system
and associated software, especially open source software.
Article 4. The provisions for disposition of the corporate asets in the
event of dissolution of the corporation including the prioritization of
rights of shareholders and members to corporate assets are:
(us)Any assets remaining after payment of all just debts will be given to
another organization having similar objectives such as Linux International.
