  Of course.  For that sort of thing, I think the ideal solution would be a
shared mailbox accessed via IMAP, such that "operators" move messages out of
the INBOX and into an "answered" folder as they are handled.  That, of
course, would be a down-the-road-if-ever sort of thing.  What has been
described is fine for what are doing now, I'm sure.
