Ahm, well, I can understand why you'd think that any inaction on our
part would lead to an expired domain. However, it seems that action
*was* taken by someone:

       Registrant:
       Robert Knowles (SLUG6-DOM)
          55 Old Post Road
          Kittery, ME 03904
          US

          Domain Name: SLUG.ORG

Administrative Contact, Technical Contact, Billing Contact:
             Poulin, Doug (TNDBICXNVI) [EMAIL PROTECTED]
             266 N. River Road
             Lee, NH 03824
             US

It appears that Bob Knowles is now the registrant, so, we may have
hopes of getting it back. Doug still seems to be all of the
contacts, and this domain is still our until 25 Jan 2003 :)

I would expect that he does, since he's listed as the technical,
administrative and billing contact :)
