Hi Ben! Thanks for driving the banner idea. Let me know if I can chip-in on the cost (I agree the logo without the seal (just Tux and the 'old man) would be best).
Regarding the business cards... This is also a great idea. I'll probably order some for GNHLUG... Note that the cards you have for CentraLUG needs some corrections: 1. Sybase isn't the meeting place any more - they almost got pissed at us because no one would show up. So I decided that until we have a stronger attendence, we would meet elsewhere. But since I'm not running CentraLUG anymore, you are more than welcome to try and re-establish the relationship. 2. I tried changing the meeting date to Tuesdays instead of Wednesdays - several critical people couldn't make the Wednesday nights. But again, you are welcome to change this. The only addres/phone number I would advertise is the web address and the email address (www.centralug.org and [EMAIL PROTECTED]) - but I haven't set up the [EMAIL PROTECTED] address yet. --Bruce On Wed, 2002-09-25 at 09:18, Ben Boulanger wrote: > On Wed, 25 Sep 2002 [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > > On Tue, 24 Sep 2002, at 12:04pm, [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > > A banner.
