Actually all I want to know is when can I order a leather jacket with the logo on the back.

One other thought I have had is creating a list of volunteers who would provide help on specific distros or applications to those just starting out. They could also help develop materials for installfests, but my thinking is that installfests are in some ways counterproductive. If you have to bring a computer to a group of techie geeks just to get Linux to work, then what is the point?
I know they still serve a purpose, but the nature and extent of "installfests" should be examined. IMHO.

Given distance and the vagarities of my occupation, it seems I can be more useful taking on tasks that I can fulfill without attending alot of meetings. Perhaps acting as a clearinghouse for collections of software and presentation materials, creation of giveaway CDROMS, creation of written materials to be used at installfests/presentations/meetings, maintain volunteer lists, etc.
