  That doesn't surprise me.  That's a huge pool of DSL customers.  While
mass mailing violates Covad's TOS, it still tends to be a whack-a-mole
problem.

  I hate to be a pain, but I just tried emailing you those TWiki templates
(actually, I meant to email them last night (er, this morning), but I
apparently hit "Postpone" instead of "Send" -- the hazzards of working in
email at 2 AM), and I got that same bounce message again.

  If allowing by IP address makes it easier, you can just open holes for
64.105.111.40/29 and 64.105.111.128/29, which are our feeds.  If you ever
get spam from one of those, it means something is seriously wrong.  :)
