It turns out that a couple of pages still had access restrictions in place; I thought I had gotten rid of all of those. You should be able to do it now. (Is is it a security risk, letting anyone who self-registers in TWiki edit our pages? You bet! But I feel we have more to worry about due to neglect then deliberate attack. Everything is automatically versioned in TWiki, so even if we get defaced, we can easily put the right stuff back, and then lock it down.
