Hmm. Looks like that option got lost in the "simplification" of the web site.
Use the following URL for now:
http://wiki.gnhlug.org/twiki2/bin/attach/Organizational/BrochureWare
This will bring up the traditional attachment window.
Someone should probably modify the oopsmore template to handle
attachments. Although other options are possible.
