  Looks good. I've tweaked it a bit more. Mainly, I dropped the grid

I agree, reluctantly. I think it' s handy to have reference to what has gone before.

However, I agree about the clutter issue. In his great books, Tufte refers to data density as a major issue in communications. We've got about a square yard of gratuitous colors and numbers to communicate 5 rows of Date-WhichLuG-Speaker-Topic, not a great use of space. I'm not saying we need to pack it all in tight - white space serves a very useful purpose of readability, guidance and positioning - but we can do better than the default calendar layout. I'd like to work it a little more to see if we can raise the information:area ratio and communicate the important information better.

Renamed to "RegularSchedule".  Rationale: Reductionism.

Thank you.

Renamed to "UpcomingEvents".  Rationale: Consistent with "PastEvents";
"MeetingSchedule" easy to confuse with "RegularSchedule"

Good also.

  I agree, they do seem to be neat-o. I'm just a tad concerned with
how much space they take up; we'll have to see how that works out.

Agreed.

  I did some heavy clean-up of the Past Events topic, shoe-horning
everything into the table, and catching up on moves from
UpcomingEvents.

Much cleaner! I'd like to see a lot more history added to this - if anyone participated in ANY GNHLUG activity from 1994 - 2000, it would be nice to add a note to this page.
