You might consider scheduling the meetings on the *fifth* Wednesday of
every month that has one. On average, this works out to about
quarterly. This year, it would be: Mar - May - Aug - Nov. The
advantage is that the fifth *day of each month tends not to conflict
with any monthly meetings. It might make it easier to get speakers.
