That depends on how you want to use it.  Note that Mesa is not OpenGL.
Also note that SGI has released OpenGL as OpenSource. (one would think
that it always was, given the name, `OpenGL', HA!)

Yeah, this won't be supported until Xfree86 4.0 (but I think the latest
devel version has it now)...
