As a matter of fact, you could share your MP3 directory, set it up as a mount
point under Linux, and drag the files to your MP3 player, reading 'em off the
network.
As far as drag and drop, and the double clicking, it depends on your file
manager, which usually relies on your desktop environment, aka, KDE or Gnome.
Which do you use?
(BTW, xmms is pretty much the Winamp for Linux.. ;-P)
