You should be able to get the RPMs from www.openssh.org. That's where I
got
mine. (Which are now a bit out-of-date).
Also, this is beta software, but appears quite solid. I've been using it
for
months now without any hiccups.
You should be forewarned that there's a fair learning curve regarding
keys,
agents, and public-key cryptosystems in general. Perhaps someone else in
the
group can give you a URL for general how-to information about these
things.
