Ah.. consensus seems to agree that letting your delivery agent play with a
mounted NFS partition is a bad idea. File locking is iffy at best (hence
your "file changed after open" error). I've heard on newsgroups that using
"maildir" format mailboxes will remove the need for NFS locking, so that may
solve yer problem.
