Well, it also requires Not-To-Common-Sense :) I actually got reprimanded here
for suggesting the same wrt job openings. But then again, my local management
isn't known for common sense thinking, they just traded 2 sysadmins with a
combined 10+ years experience for $12,000 savings :)
