Since we're on the topic of domain names, here's a question:

Suppose one had a Mediaone cable modem account that provided
DNS naming of your (DHCP supplied) IP address. E.g. the hostname was
"runge.ne.mediaone.net".

Now suppose you obtained from internic the domain name "fubar.com"

What all is needed to meet the 2 DNS hosts requirement? Is one more
distinct machine be needed? Or 2 more because the mediaone box is under
DHCP?

Thanks,

Karl Runge
