Yesterday, Kevin D. Clark gleaned this insight:

Does MediaOne actually do this?  I was under the impression that they
wouldn't do this, since they technically don't permit you to run a server
on your box.  Or has that changed.  I suppose I should have read the
service agreement...  8^)
