qmail v. sendmail...

The company i'm presently employed with (i use that term loosely) is contemplating bringing our pop
mail inhouse. Currently, we're using sendmail, but i'm still a bit baffled by the m4 techniques -- i was
wondering if anyone had better luck with qmail.
