Hi all, I thought I'd throw out this fact I just learned of today.

After trying to get Richard Stallman to come to UNH, he referred me to
Nat Friedman of the GNOME project, who agreed to come to UNH and give a
talk for the ACM[1] about Free Software development. He will discuss the
dynamics of doing development over the internet, with its organizational
issues, and also give demos on how to contribute to FS projects by
submitting bug reports, and other things you can do to contribute.

I just learned today that Miguel de Icaza, the main "leader" of the
GNOME project, will be coming as well!

I'd like attendance to be as high as possible, so I'm inviting anyone
from this list who's interested to attend our meeting.

It will be at UNH, room M227 in Kingsbury Hall, *this Thursday*, April
6, from 12:30-2:00 PM. Free pizza and soda will be provided, but get
there on time if you want some, since I have no idea how many people
will show up (I'm hoping a lot more, since Miguel is coming).

If you need directions to UNH/Kingsbury Hall, e-mail me and I'll send
them to you.

Thanks for your time,

Scott Garman
