I've already received several requests for directions to UNH, so I figured I'd send it to the list. Parking is a big problem at UNH during the day, so I'll give directions to the visitor parking lot and a pointer to a campus map to get to the lecture hall. You can either use the parking meters there, or buy a day pass from the Visitor's parking lot office (located right next to the visitor lot) for $2. To get to UNH: >From Boston: - Take Take I-95 North to Exit 4. Exit 4 is a little ways after the tollbooth ($1.00) in NH, and the exit is on the left side of the highway, rather than on the right. The sign for exit 4 says Rte. 4/Spaulding Turnpike. - Continue North to Exit 6W (just before another tollbooth) and follow Route 4 West. You'll want to go past the UNH/Durham Route 108 exit. - Exit at Route 155A and turn east toward Durham. Follow 155A through a short stretch of fields to the UNH campus. You'll want to take a left just before the road goes uphill past the tennis courts. Then turn right and visitor parking should be straight ahead of you. >From Portland, Me: - Follow I-95 South to Exit 5. Continue on Spaulding Turnpike North to Exit 6W and follow Route 4 West. Follow directions as listed from Boston. >From Concord, NH: - Take Route 4 East to the 155A exit. Follow directions as listed from Boston. >From Manchester, NH: - Take Route 101 to Epping; go north on Route 125 to the Lee Traffic Circle. Drive East on Route 4 to the Route 155A exit. Follow directions as listed from Boston. Once you're at the visitor lot, use the following map to get to Kingsbury Hall: http://www.gradschool.unh.edu/grad_html/unhmap.html The visitor lot is #66, and Kingsbury Hall is #29, the building right next to Morse Hall, where several GNHLUG meetings have been held. Enter the front enterance to Kingsbury and go up the flight of stairs to your right onto the second floor. Then hang a left and walk down the hallway until it forces you to turn left again; M227 is the room at the very end of the hall. HTH, Scott -- Scott A.
