Does anyone know what is the current state of the US Encryption export
laws? From everything that I am seeing, the laws mostly center around
companies selling encryption products to people in other countries. Does
it also cover deploying an encryption system from one division of a
company to another if the division that is receiving it is in another
country (such as sending a hardware encryption device to a branch office
in Bora Bora)?
