YES!!!  Gets rid of those attached ^@*%#^ M$ documents that use
horrendous amounts of disk space as well... :)

Ummmmmm....  They don't get the affection they need at home so they
automatically open any message/attachment with a warm, fuzzy subject
line or name...?

I like it.  Too bad M$ in all their infinite wisdom(?) hasn't put in
a feature for Admins to disable the "Open" selection on the pop-up
window for downloads/attachments.
