Here is the June schedule. As soon as I get more detail on a couple of the
topics I will post them to the SLUG calendar.
June 1 - Monadlug; 7 pm Peterborough Library. * An introduction to Linux
and Business *; We are having Jeff Smith give a demonstration of the
TuxBiz.com web based business that the the group developed for the LBS. We
will be inviting the business community of the Monadnock region. I have
also invited Active Media to give us another demo of the Robot controlled
by Linux.
June 5 - SLUG; location to be announced. Brian Stevens from Mission
Critical Linux has offered to step in and give a presentation as the
scheduled talk on Samba had to be rescheduled for Aug.
June 14th - Centralug; Concord (exact location soon); Christoph Doerbek
from Fidelty is giving a presentation on Apache, PHP, and other related
programs.
June 22 - Merrilug; Martha's Exchange, Nashua; We are having a presentation
on SDSL and the availability, cost factors, and advantages of SDSL.
If you have ideas for presentations, please feel free to suggest and if you
want to make a presentation, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me
or soemone from the Steering Committee of the GNHLUG.
The July meetings will be scheduled by the respective Chairs of each
Chapter as I am taking July off, though, since I am the Monadlug Chapter
Chair, guess I have one meeting to schedule.
Aug meetings so far have a reschedule of the Samba presentation for the
SLUG's and the 3rd Quarter GNHLUG meeting has just been confirmed today. We
will have a presentation by Virginia Caple of the Training Group from
Applix on their latest software.
See you at a meeting somewhere.
