Yes, you can do that, but not in the way you want to. What you want is two
seperate machine with internal IPs and depending on which URL is used it
is
routed to the correct machine. I don't know of any way to do that. You
could setup both machine with all your domains and then have the NAT box
round robin betwen the two.

Get a better ISP....if they can't serve your needs then it's
time to look elsewhere.

How big is the pipe coming into this place? I would think that maybe
increasing the memory/cpu of one of these boxes could get it to handle the
full load. Remember that the limiting factor for most people is bandwidth,
not the actual server hardware.
