Hey folks, Among other things, my new kernel reports this at start up lp0: using parport0 (polling). Sound initialization started sb: Interrupt test on IRQ7 failed - Probable IRQ conflict <Sound Blaster 16 (4.13)> at 0x220 irq 7 dma 1,5 <Sound Blaster 16> at 0x330 irq 7 dma 0 Sound initialization complete loop: registered device at major 7 PIIX3: IDE controller on PCI bus 00 dev 39 Does anybody know how to identify this "Probable IRG conflict" ? /proc/interupts does not seem to be helpful. TIA TomR -- Standard is better than better. If your web page cares what browser I'm using it's broken.
