OK,
I just downloaded, built and installed a new kernel. My sound is now all fscked
up. So I'm thinking of re-installing from a purchased CD (provided I can find
one with a 2.2.15 or later kernel) and I'm wondering which distro to go with.
So I'm making an offer...
If everyone who has
1) URL's for comparisons of various Linux distributions
2) reasoned opinions of why distribution X of better/worse/different from
distribution Y
I'm willing to collect them and post a digest to the list. Of course it would
be more fun to just discuss this in the group...
