A few years ago they tried that at Digital with big signs. They wanted us 
to turn off our monitors at night.
I think there are some reasonable requests, like turning off the monitors, 
logging off or locking terminals when leaving for an extended period. 
Unfortunately employees are not security conscious enough.  I suppose that 
in virtually every company I have been, I could have easily found an open 
terminal in HR or engineering that contained corporate sensitive 
information.
