Hi Ken,
You should be able to find lsof-4.37 rpm or lsof-4.40 (updates) rpm
in the redhat.com 5.2 tree.
If you can't find a 5.2 tree I can send you my rpms, let me know.
Those are for kernel 2.0.36 I believe. I also have a lsof for kernel 2.2.*
I built from source I put in /usr/local/bin. If you want, I can send you that.
