I use Xemacs for mail (VM), web-surfing (W3), spell-check (ispell),
"easy" attachments (VM handles MIME just fine -- I can even view
JPEG/GIF/PBM images from within XEmacs).
OK, I admit that I use Netscape most of the time for web-surfing
(things are just easier for me this way), but XEmacs is one of my
favorite tools.
Oh, and occasionally I write some code in XEmacs as well.... (-:
