Just fine. I've been using procmail with mh for years. The only difference
is rather than a rule like:
:0 H
* ^From:.*foo
* ^Subject:.*foobar
Mail/folder_name
You have something more like:
:0 H
* ^From:.*foo
* ^Subject:.*foobar
|rcvstore +Mail/folder_name

Yes, there's something built into mh called 'inc' which will suck all e-mail
out of a folder like /var/spool/mail/username and throw it into an mh folder,
but if you use procmail, you don't need to do that.
