OK, first thing. I've never seen this fireplug product...however from your
description it seems to do everything that ipchains (A package that comes
free with Linux) does...with the added (dis)advantage of costing money.

As for is a PII 266 enough? How much bandwidth do you have? A 486 can
firewall a T1 line w/o breaking a sweat. So unless you've got multiple
OC-3 connections, I wouldn't worry about it. Use the P133 for the
firewall, then the 266 as the webserver (re: your other message).
