It's not, I'm the receiving site. At least, it's not supposed to be.
Which is what I was asking, if there is an arbitrary default, where and how
do I remove it.
Upon further testing, there seems to be no problem on our side, but rather,
I'm now suspecting the uploading side's firewall may have a limit.
