Please take note that MS has changed their Tech Support Policy on many of its products from 90-days unlimited to "2 no-charge incidents". In that it is common knowledge in the software industry that MS writes sloppy code to begin with... and then uses it's client base to debug it's software... it is outrageous and onerous that MS has implemented a policy that will charge its client base on a per incident basis for the right to report software bugs (flaws) to MS Tech Support. Please get the word out... this is news that could help alternative OS's like Linux if they're smart enough to take advantage of it.MS Personal Support Phone Numbers
