This might be a firewall, but any attempt I make to reach those name servers
results in "host unreachable" errors. Those values may be incorrect. Try
putting entries for a known-good name server in /etc/resolv.conf yourself.
You can also test the status of those servers with a command like
"nslookup", for example,
nslookup a.root-servers.net 198.172.168.21
which will attempt to look up the address of the root name server using the
first server listed above.
