It didn't seem to help Apple or Borland all that much.
Could this be a case where something like QuesitonExchange could
help out?  Have a few on-staff people who submit questions if they
get stuck, then have LUG members volunteer answers.  Cost
to the school is nothing, the question can go out to
multiple people for answers, and the school gets the support
they need.

I never said I have great ideas, I just have ideas.
