DOSemu, the DOS emulator, contains a pretty complete implementation of the
MS-DOS feature set. No URL.

Wine, the Windows emulator, will attempt to run Windows binaries natively
under Linux. Still in development, but may work for your programs. Open
source. http://www.winehq.com

VMware creates a full virtual machine, on which you can boot Windows, Linux,
or anything else. Hefty impact in terms of CPU & memory usage. Commercial.

Win4Lin is a partial virtual machine designed to let you boot Windows. It
sacrifices some compatibility to gain performance. Commercial.
