Definitely misleading.  MS is famed for it. Sins of "omission" - like saying 
how their competition doesn't support something, when MS doesn't either (the 
case I'm thinking about was support for a standard that was still draft - 
NOBODY supports a "final" standard before it's standard).

As Reagan said (about agreements with the USSR):  Trust, but verify.

Hey, they never said there were any apps running! (I don't think, I haven't 
seen the ad in question).  What, you want - everything?  If you wanted apps, 
you should go with a stable OS like Linux.
