Perhaps. Or perhaps mind the caveat that one must ensure that your enemy's
enemy does not also become your enemy.
Or perhaps better yet, simply ignore this political posturing as much as
possible, and simply focus on writing good code. That policy seems to be
working for Linux so far. :-)
