Windows 95 OSR (OEM Service Release) 2.0 or greater.
The "B" and "C" suffixes to the Windows Version are not always useful for
determining which is which. I've seen "B" releases with and without FAT32
support.
OSR 2.1 added rudimentary (read: non-functional) USB support.
